Carol's Daughter Professional Giveaway Rules

GIVEAWAY DESCRIPTION

The Carol’s Daughter Seasons Giving Giveaway (“Giveaway”) will begin on Tuesday, December 3, 2025 at 3:00 PM Eastern Time, and will end on Wednesday, December 4, 2025 at 3:00 PM Eastern Time (“Giveaway Period”).

This Giveaway will be conducted exclusively through Instagram via @carolsdaughter.

One (1) winner from the Carol’s Daughter Instagram account (@carolsdaughter) will receive:

One (1) virtual consult with a Carol’s Daughter stylist; and

One (1) Carol’s Daughter product bundle (approximate retail value (“ARV”) $200)

Entries must be made by following @carolsdaughter, liking the Giveaway post, and tagging one (1) person in the comments.

Winner must respond within forty-eight (48) hours to claim their prize.

HOW TO ENTER / EXECUTION:

Participants must be legal residents of the United States and 18 years of age or older.

To participate, consumers must:

Have an active Instagram account.

Follow @carolsdaughter on Instagram.

Like the official Giveaway post.

Tag one (1) person in a comment on the Giveaway post.

All entries must be received by 3:00 PM Eastern Time on December 4, 2025, or they will be void.

Winner will be selected by a random drawing conducted by Carol’s Daughter from among all eligible entries.

Winner will receive an Instagram Direct Message (“DM”) and will have 48 hours to respond and claim the Prize.

If they do not respond within the allotted time, Carol’s Daughter reserves the right to select an alternate entrant.

Winner will be required to provide their Full Name, Phone Number, Email Address, and Mailing Address to claim the Prize.

Information submitted for the Giveaway will be disclosed to Carol’s Daughter (“Brand”) only.

All decisions made by Carol’s Daughter regarding any aspect of this Giveaway are final.

Submissions must not infringe on third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights.

ELIGIBILITY RESTRICTIONS:

The Giveaway is open to eligible participants who are:

18 years of age or older

Legal residents of the United States or the District of Columbia

Employees of Carol’s Daughter, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotional partners, and members of their immediate families or households (whether related or not) are not eligible.

Participants may only win once during this Giveaway.

Persons who have won a prize in any Carol’s Daughter giveaway or promotion within the prior six (6) months are not eligible.

PRIZES:

The Winner will receive:

One (1) virtual consult with a Carol’s Daughter stylist

One (1) Carol’s Daughter product bundle (ARV: $200)

Prize components, shipping dates, and delivery timelines are subject to change.

Prizes will be awarded following winner verification and approval.

Prizes will be shipped via U.S. mail upon confirmation of Winner’s mailing address.

No substitution, cash redemption, or transfer of the Prize is permitted.

Winner may be required to sign and return a Prize Release Form.

Failure to do so may result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner.

GENERAL CONDITIONS:

Winner is responsible for all taxes associated with receipt of the Prize.

No purchase necessary. Giveaway void where prohibited.

Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

By entering, participants consent to the use of their name, Instagram handle, and likeness for advertising or promotional purposes without additional compensation, where permitted by law.

Winner will be required to sign a liability and publicity release agreeing to hold Carol’s Daughter, Instagram, and affiliated parties harmless from claims relating to participation or Prize use.

Carol’s Daughter may disqualify any entrant who violates Giveaway rules or tampers with the entry process.

If the Giveaway becomes compromised due to technical issues, fraudulent activity, or other causes beyond Carol’s Daughter’s control, the Brand reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway.

GOVERNING LAW / REQUESTING RULES:

These Giveaway rules are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland.
