How to request a catalogue

Carol’s Daughter does not typically offer mailed catalogues. All up-to-date product listings and information are available online at Carolsdaughter.com.


Are your products tear-free

Only specific products, if marked as “tear-free,” are formulated for use by children or near the face. Otherwise, advise not to use around eyes. Suggest customers check product descriptions for safety and usage details.


I have nut allergies, do you have any products that contain nuts?

Some Carol’s Daughter products may contain nut-derived ingredients (such as almond oil or shea butter). Customers with allergies should carefully review ingredient lists, which are available online for every product, or contact support for further clarification.


Are your products tested on animals?

Carol’s Daughter is committed to cruelty-free practices and does not test products on animals.


Where can I send my request for donations and/or samples for my upcoming event?

Donation and sample requests should be sent via the Contact Us page on the Carol’s Daughter website. There may be restrictions, and not all requests can be fulfilled

Product Returns & Exchanges 

Customers can return products purchased on carolsdaughter.com within the specified return window if unopened or defective. Returns for store-bought items must be handled through the store of purchase.

Direct Purchases from CarolsDaughter.com 

Policy: 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee.  

Conditions: Item must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Both opened and unopened items are eligible (as long as more than half the product remains). 

Refund issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after processing. 

Return Process:

 1. Customer contacts Customer Care with order number. 

2. CSR generates a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and provides prepaid shipping label.

3. Customer ships product(s) back to Carol’s Daughter warehouse. 

4. Refund/exchange processed once product is received and inspected.  

Exceptions

Gift cards are non-refundable.

Promotional/free samples not eligible for refund. 

Damaged or Missing Products:
Please contact us immediately at shop@carolsdaughter.com, if you receive a damaged product (broken bottle, tube or closure), or if you are missing an item in your order. We will either track your package or replace the damaged items at our expense.


What are Carols Daughter shipping methods?

Carol's Daughter ships via USPS and UPS to U.S. addresses. Carol's Daughter will only ship via USPS to Canada.


Order Tracking 

Tracking information is sent via email after shipping. Customers can also log in to their Carol’s Daughter account to view order status.

You will also receive a confirmation email to the email address provided at checkout within 48 hours of order submission.
